1、 Construction and Function

The normally open type has the functions of fixed workbench, precise positioning, avoiding oscillation, and improving stiffness; The normally closed type also has the effect of power-off and emergency braking.

2、 Terminology Explanation

1. Normally open type: When no air or oil pressure is supplied, the pressure tissue of the pressure sensor is in a state of release.

2. Normally closed type: When there is no air or oil pressure supplied, the coercing tissue of the coercer uses the force of a tension spring or screw to coerce the linear guide rail.

3. Persistence: The effect is on the motion direction and vertical load of the linear guide rail pair.

The persistence varies depending on the static friction coefficient between the guide rail and the stressed tissue. (The persistence force in this product sample is the calculated value when the static friction coefficient is 0.1.)

4. Minimum operating pressure: The minimum pressure required for the normal operation of the coercion device.

5. Maximum operating pressure: The maximum pressure allowed during normal operation of the coercion device.

6. Maximum remaining pressure: The maximum remaining pressure allowed after the oil pressure regulator stops supplying oil.

7. Device pad: A pad that aligns the height of the coercion device with the height of the rolling linear guide rail pair.

8. Air consumption: The amount of air required for one stroke of the coercion device.

9. Hydraulic oil consumption: The amount of oil required for one stroke of the actuator action.

10. Reaction time:

Normally open duress response time: After the system announces the signal of starting gas and oil supply, it reaches the moment of starting gas and oil supply to the duress.

c. Quick response, avoiding vertical axis falling and collision, achieving the effect of maintaining the machine tool.
